Hi, I’m Birgit…

I’ve been fascinated with personal growth and psychology for over 10 years, exploring why we do what we do, how we develop to think & behave as we do, what drives us and holds us back.

It started with a personal need: feeling confused about what I wanted to do in my professional life, and a vague feeling of “something’s missing”.

I started reading all the well-known self-help books, attending courses, meditating, and exploring other modalities to figure out how to feel better, and build a life that I love..

The truth is, for as long as I can remember, I’ve given my all to be a top student and employee and excel in all the other roles in my life: aiming for a super high standard in everything I do.

But with this “high-achiever” mindset also came a loud, ruthless inner critic of “never good enough”.

While I did hit a lot of the external milestones I’d aimed for, it came at a price…

…feeling exhausted and not really enjoying life on the inside.

It also left a mark on my health, leading me to look into the deeper underlying patterns behind my thoughts and behaviours. In my own journey, I’ve now explored various forms of therapy, meditation, mindfulness, NLP, coaching, yoga, functional medicine, herbalism and more.

Though this work, I’ve been peeling back the layers of ‘should’: what I ‘should’ want and aim for, who I ‘should’ be, how I ‘should’ live vs what’s true and how I really want to live; slowly but surely, becoming more and more authentically me.

Learning to set boundaries; build on my strengths; nurture a more compassionate, healthy relationship with myself + others. And building my way towards a work & life that I love.

This is why I care about helping others create heart-centered, authentic lives.

I love supporting people in understanding what they truly want, what kind of changes they need to make in their lives and then taking action towards these goals.

I genuinely believe that we’re not meant to somehow ‘get through’ through our days, and waking up to ‘I love my life’ is not a privilege but a birthright.

And that’s something that the world so desperately needs more of.
